Glidepass Solutions respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide when visiting our website and using our services.

Protecting Your Privacy

GlidePass will use the information you provide upon registration or otherwise, including your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, any other contact information and your credit/debit card account and/or bank account information (collectively, your "Personal Information") to administer the GlidePass Rewards Program, including, without limitation, sending you e-mails, SMS text messages, and/or push notifications regarding your account. GlidePass will not sell or otherwise deliberately provide your Personal Information to anyone unrelated to GlidePass’s for the purpose of soliciting you for products or services unrelated to the GlidePass Rewards Program, except as allowed by you pursuant to your agreement to the "opt-in" options on the member enrollment web page or otherwise. GlidePass’s communications with the Participating Rewarding Merchants may include your Personal Information. In administering the program, GlidePass will share your Personal Information with the Participating Reward Providers and one or more data processing companies. The privacy policies of the Participating Reward Providers are located at their respective websites. If you would like to review the privacy policies of the data processing companies that GlidePass does or may work with, please contact customer.service@glidepass.us. Significant changes to this Privacy Policy will be sent to members via e-mail. We may change this Privacy Policy at any time without notice. If you have any questions or comments regarding our privacy statement or policies, you may contact us at customer.service@glidepass.us.

Consent to Collect Your Information.

By becoming a Member and linking your credit/debit card account(s), you agree to the Member Terms of Use. In addition, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and any state or region-specific notices of data collection such as the California Notice on Data Collection. In doing so with your consent and for your benefit, you authorize GlidePass and its third-party data aggregator(s) to collect, use, and share your consumer information in the following ways:

Consumer Information Collection. When you link your credit/debit card accounts, we will collect these types of consumer information:

- Profile Data

- Statement Data

- Account Data

Custom Ads and Offers. We will use your consumer information to provide you with customized offers, content, and advertising on the Site, and other third-party websites.

Improvement of Services. We will use your consumer information to improve our products and services, which may include analyzing your transaction data.

Data Sharing. We may share your consumer information with payment processors, merchants, and other businesses so they can keep track of your account activity, and collect, confirm, and provide us with transaction information. These entities may also confirm that purchases or returns match your transactions to determine whether you qualify for offers or check your account’s status. Merchants may use your consumer information to assess the results of ad campaigns, analyze data, provide marketing assistance, or other similar business purposes.

Other. We may use your consumer information for other purposes set forth in our Privacy Policy.

You may opt-out at any time by de-linking your credit/debit card accounts or by terminating your GlidePass membership. Note that opting out or terminating your membership does not automatically delete your data; see "How to Request Deletion of Your Data" below for instructions on requesting data deletion. If you would like to review the privacy policies of GlidePass’s third party data aggregator(s), you may request copies by emailing customer.service@glidepass.us.

How to Request Deletion of Your Data

You have the right to request that we delete your personal information that we have collected from you. To make such a request:

    • Submit your request in writing to customer.service@glidepass.us, including your full name, email address associated with your account, and a description of the data you wish to delete.
    • We will verify your identity to process the request (e.g., by confirming details from your account).
    • Once verified, we will delete your data, typically within 30-45 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal reasons, to complete ongoing transactions, detect fraud, or other legitimate business purposes as permitted by applicable law.
    • If your request is denied (e.g., due to an exception), we will notify you with the reason.

This process applies to all users, regardless of location. For California residents, additional details are provided in the "California Residents" section below. Previously collected data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, but we will honor valid deletion requests to the extent possible.

Facebook Login and Data Collection

When you use the "Sign up with Facebook" and/or "Sign in with Facebook" features, if available, we may collect information such as your name, email address, and profile photo, as authorized by you during the login process. This data is used to create and manage your GlidePass account, provide personalized offers, and improve our services. We may share this information with third-party data processors and Participating Reward Providers to administer the GlidePass, as described in this Privacy Policy.

Opting Out of Facebook Login Data Collection

You may opt out of data collection via Facebook Login at any time by disconnecting your Facebook account from GlidePass’s. To do so:

    • Log in to your Facebook account at facebook.com.
    • Navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites.
    • Locate Thanks GlidePass in the list of connected apps and click Remove. Disconnecting your Facebook account will prevent Thanks GlidePass’s from collecting further data via Facebook Login. Note that you may need to create an alternative login method (e.g., email and password) to continue using your Thanks GlidePass account. If you choose to terminate your GlidePass membership entirely, contact customer.service@glidepass.us. Disconnecting or terminating does not automatically delete previously collected data; please submit a deletion request as described in "How to Request Deletion of Your Data" above. Previously collected data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. For assistance, email customer.service@glidepass.us.

California Residents.

If you are a California resident under the age of 18 and you have publicly posted any information on our Websites, California Business and Professions Code § 22581 gives you the right to request and obtain removal of content or information you have publicly posted. If you wish to make such a request, please send an email with a detailed description of the specific content or information to customer.service@glidepass.us.

If you are a California resident, effective January 1, 2020, you have additional rights when it comes to your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), including:

Right of access / disclosure. You have a right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your Personal Information over the past 12 months:

    • The categories of personal information we collected about you.
    • The categories of sources for the personal information we collected about you.
    • Our business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling that personal information.
    • The categories of third parties with whom we share that personal information.
    • The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you (also called a data portability request).
    • If we sold your personal information, the categories of personal information that each category of recipient purchased.
    • If we disclosed your personal information for a business purpose, the categories of personal information that each category of recipient obtained.

To make such a request, you may submit a request in writing to the address that appears at the bottom of these Member Terms of Use. Please note that your request is subject to verification, and that we are not obligated to provide personal information in response to such a request if a consumer makes more than two requests in a 12-month period.

Right of deletion. You have a right to request that we delete your personal information, and that we direct any service providers to do the same. To make such a request, please submit it in writing to customer.service@glidepass.us. This aligns with the general deletion request process described above. Please note that your request is subject to verification. We also reserve the right to deny your request if your personal information is required to:

    • Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected;
    • Provide a product requested by you;
    • Continue the ongoing business relationship with you within the reasonably anticipated context of that relationship;
    • Perform a contract between you and GlidePass;

    • To enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with the expectations of you based on your relationship with us;
    • Comply with legal obligations;
    • Otherwise to be used internally in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the personal information; or
    • Provide employment and related benefits.

Right to opt out. If you are a California resident, you have the right to opt out of having your personal information sold to third-parties. If you are under the age of 16 but at least 13, you have the right to only have your information sold if you opt in and affirmatively authorize the sale of your personal information; if a child is less than 13, then the child’s parent or guardian must opt in and affirmatively authorize the sale of personal information. Our current practice is to not sell your personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months. We may, however, share your personal information with third parties as described elsewhere in this notice and receive some benefit, such as a service or an improvement in service, in return.

Right of non-discrimination. You have a right to exercise your rights under the CCPA without being subject to discrimination, including, but not limited to, by:

    • Denying you goods or services;
    • Charging you different prices or rates for goods or services;
    • Providing you a different level or quality of goods or services; or
    • Suggesting you will receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level of quality of goods or services.

This right does not prohibit a business from charging a consumer a different price or rate, or from providing a different level or quality of goods or services, if that difference is reasonably related to the value provided to the business by the consumer’s data. In certain instances, we may need your information to provide you with a particular service. For example, if you decide to join GlidePass, you will need to provide us with certain information about yourself. To provide you with the benefits of GlidePass, we may need to have that information on file.
